Multi-Vitamin: This gives a broad spectrum of your B vitamins. There are other energy vitamins and minerals added to help with stress or nerves. Controlling those things could increase your energy. Energy Shake 1 cup of plain yogurt ½ cups of milk (Almond, Rice or Soy) 1 cup of ice 1/2 cup each of two fresh or frozen organic fruits 1 banana (makes a creamier smoothie, optional) Add some SPIRULINA for an EXTRA BOOST Add all you ingredients to a blender adding the ice slowly.
